There is no Support from Company i.e, work from home without any technical Support. no any Compensation, no any job security, no work satisfaction in this company. If you look for your career growth in this company then my suggestion donot join this Company. Management is not Good and The other's work is also alloted to you and you want to get it done.

...oesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and carrer growth is verry slow. They want work completion on time but you asking for salary hike then managment want to re-appoint new Person in place of you.

It is a good company and my job is a security guard but my qualifications is a BA(Hons)ECO.my University name skmu(dumka). finally 2015 BA 2nd class pass in deoghar collage, deoghar.so sir I respect to me a job me offer in security supervisor because my experience in security supervisor in 5years.my first security job in new national security service( jamshedpur)and My job location in uttarakhand power plant. 2nd job bis security deoghar as a security supervisor and third job in your company kore security service.today current job in your company service AIIMS devipur (deoghar) as post security guard.
