PREFERRED TO ONLY POLITICS BETWEEN STAFFS, NOT UNDERSTANDING ABOUT ACCOUNTS STAFFS AND OTHER OFFICIAL STAFFS. STAFF ARE ALWAYS TENSED WHAT TO DO OR WHAT WILL SAY BY THE DIRECTORS ? - ITS A TENSION PERIOD

NOTHING LEARNING ABOUT PROPER WORK. ONLY OILING TO CFO AND DIRECTORS ARE MAIN CRITERIA IN THAT COMPANY. NOBODY UNDERSTOOD ABOUT REAL OR PROPER WORK.
