Company HR Not taken responsibility for any requirement document for ex. insurance policy, experience letter. Reporting manager attitude level is very high. Don't given promotion for client side engineer. HR head language very rude. No job security given company if you work on company client location.

This is good option if you are a fresher with average qualifications and need to earn experience. But if you are experience one then this not an option for you.

Dislikes

Their management is sucks, they need to improve their HR policy and at least provide employees salary on time. They have to distribute work as per the employee experience and expertise.

...nd culture. teammates are supportive and managment is very good and transparent. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The work culture and environment is unhealthy, with excessive micromanagement, office politics, and lack of support from HR and superiors. HR is unresponsive and ineffective, ignoring concerns and failing to provide solutions. Concerns are consistently dismissed, and growth opportunities are scarce.

Worst experience in this organization, with zero job security & increment, HR doesn't respond on time they just want money, also the reporting manager has no sense how to behave they act like they bought us.
