After completing six month training in July 2023 we were supposed to join as a full time employee in batches but they keep delaying joining month by month and after making us wait for more than eight months the management revoked our offer in March 2024 this is not the decision we were expecting they totally ruin our career. The decision from the management directly impacted our career. Management is worst they will think from their perspective I will personally suggest not to join this organization.

I’m a experienced employee and one day call me for one and one, HR told me such a things. They said “don’t look anywhere near Konverge”. How can they talk so rudely and that too senior engineer. There only B policy work there. Those who understand will understand. All the relatives fill it.
