Micromanagement Unnecessary meetings No one giving proper clarity on tasks No daily and weekly standup/progress meeting Working on Saturday No proper project management TL not guiding Employees working like no one gonna fire me Employees focusing on completing their 9 hours, due to their stupid policy Management never talk to the development team, even never comes on developers floor I think they never left their cabin They think we hire people now we didn't have any job They just call the developers if delayed in delivery. They didn't even know all their employees. They hired a person, he's in konstant from last 20 years. If he takes any emergency leave then whole company work will pause. They dependent on him. They never give any chance to anyone, if I have to change any button name then I have to take approval from that person. He's KONSTANT and they are proud. If anyone wants to leave, then they were like, WHY YOU WANTS TO LEAVE?? WE WILL GIVE YOU THAT POSITION, WE CAN GIVE YOU HIKE, TELL US WHAT YOU WANT?? that's why all employees here stayed for many years. They didn't even know any technical thing. That's why developer is in top for that company. Other companies focusing on BD/BA team because they were the source of their income, They bring clients we are nothing without them. Let it be, we developers are just enjoying and we are not learning anything, joining ke time aata tha bass wahi aata hai....kuch naya nahi hai Thank you

Well, first and foremost, I would say the company's overall reputation drew me in. I've been in pre sales for over 4 years and Konstant Infosolutions has always been an industry leader in innovation and community-friendly standards.

The best thing about the company is that you learn something. Though I was experienced, I refined myself working at Konstant. Would definitely love to work with them in the future, if required. A good place for those IT professionals who want to move one step ahead in their careers. They give you enough space to explore.

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal was one such concern. The second thing is the infrastructure on which they need an improvement. Rest of the things are okay.
