Overall experience is good. The employees and environment is happy and helpful. Weekly refreshments programs conducted by the company.

Dislikes

The salary. They give the month salary on 20th-25th of month. Appraisal is not good. The only problem rise here is salary.

They provide everything to the employee if they see the potential, the aura is media influenced which adds brainstorming ideas to create digital marketing.

Its all good. But there should be hike in salary... its good company to work at.

When you work in a team, what matters is - the team lead's attitude towards members. And a few team leads are way too good. They guide and teach every single thing with utmost patience. One can learn a lot under such leadership.

Dislikes

A company that grows, yet doesn't let its employees grow. NO SALARY RISE for ~2 years. Later they give excuses. Also they paid almost 50% of salary during covid period. Salary scale - Below market standards. Work timing - N/A. Since social media needs attention every now and then, team has to work on sundays as well. (for a certain period of time)

Teammates are not supportive, there is no job security and they are not paid salary when I'm filling noduce form also this agency not provide any experience certificate.

The work culture was extremely good. The seniors: supportive. The management: helpful. And the HR manager (Ripan Kaur) : just too sweet.

Dislikes

No pays for interns but your internship will surely turn into a job offer if you're indeed good at your work.
