Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is nothing to like. Don't be fooled the the grandeur vision portrayal by the MD.

Dislikes

...alaries on time except for initial couple of months to catch you in the trap. Travel convenience will never be paid properly and if you plan to leave forget about getting your last salary. Also beware of the paperwork, it's one sided and will be done in a way that they will threaten you to drag to court if you don't listen to their condition.
