It is one of the good plesant working places in Karur all because of Management approach. Here few faculty members are working from the inception and others also have a decent work span in this Institute. Salary increment is provided every January month for all the employees and incentives will be provided for the employees who are doing good. Periodical faculty and student assessment will be done and corrective actions were taken accordingly. Various committees were formed for the development of the Department and Institute.
