Nothing, new management is not capable to run the business. They don't have sense of business.

Bad working culture, internal politics start from top to bottom, employee don't know about their job responsibilities, old employees are rust for them. Top management has raw ear, HR head has adopted policy to remove old employees and appoint his previous company employee. He distroy complete company culture.

Local management is very poor. There ia jot even ERP(even invoice on excel)and data requirement is very stick (NO BOM , NO consumption data nothing available. Further not paying to supplier on time, against 60 days paying in 150 days so supplier not listen to us. HR is just a puppet of new MD, and every one is buttering to new MD. MD is like a guy, who didn't want to understand what is the root cause of problems just want results. Like if we didn't pay to supplier on time , supplier not buy RM and line stop at KA. Now KA pays and wants material today which is not possible on daily basis. But MD didn't want to understand this. Job security ia ZERO, top to bottom (even casual operators) looking for other job.

Indian management is not good, no training provides, increment in same slab for all Manger to worker eg- 6% increment which affect salary raise, People work in cofort zone , no new lerning
