100% job security, in pandemic i trapped in my hone town atlest 1.5 month but company pay full salary. Company made all policies as employees centric. No any harassment. Your growth is depending on your performance.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 12 -16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night.

...re working. Global functions have good scope and visibility in the organization. Got a salary and designation change after 1 year of joining. Good appraisals as KONE has achieved its targets (exceeded) for 2023.

Dislikes

Conservative environment, lack of knowledge with the current tools and applications. Operations area are quiet hectic to work.

There are lot of thing in the organisation which makes a man capable of handling management but proper training in person is required. That is missing.

There are no physical trainings provided. No clear portal for learning. Pressure is high due to quarterly bonus system.

Too much Process oriented company. Salary gets credited on time.

Managers e.g. smrat mukharje in Kolkata branch are pathatic they put life thretening pressure. abuses all his juniors and he not have any good communinal skills. He wanted to take job if he don't like anyone for his personal reason such as lack of oilin & butterin.. He treats everyone like slavas. 100+ people lift becoz him in kol..
