Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

IT IS MNC company and is equipped with the latest type of injection moulding machine .I'm glad that even me I'm a part of the team it's markets reliable,high quality products and it has a global client too. The company has to center one is in Bangalore/Canada. Another interesting is that all my colleagues we are all from different culture/cast/tradition/religion & background and we work happily in collaboration.
