Flexible timings Directors are good

Dislikes

Senior staff is worst they dnt support new comers harrases them due to which the work culture is worst specially project managers has no sense of talking to female employees .Directors are good but they will also stand by from there side.Also there is no appreciation policy,think twice before joining kompress.
