Behavior of all the employees are good and cooperative. On time salary.

Dislikes

Behavior of Hr head. He don't want any person to rise but need his growth after every 2 years. One of the worst company in terms of carrier growth. Minimum salary (2k-2.5k) hike. All in the hands of HR head. Even his department employees like him but infront of him he is like a anything. HR head can formulate anything against u with old shop floor associates. Is company ka vikas to rambhrosha hai.

Unfair in Salary. An engg. Can get more salary as compared to Sr. Engg. No promotion on time. People who are good with Japanese they are leading the company doesn't matter what dept they are working. Totally HR oriented company the people who are good with HR head will get more from the company doesn't matter unless they have enough knowledge about the work or not

Likes

Employees and all japanese are very cooperative. U need not do the overtime. U can think of retirement If u join at position Sr manager and above.

Dislikes

Hr policies and persons are not good. Old school culture of filling the leave card and don't want to upgrade because according to HR head he is doing best industry practices. Hr always try to formulate things against u with the help of old shop floor employees (hook or crook). U can't drink additional cup of tea without taking permission from HR. HR head got 5 times promoted in last 10 years but some of deserving employees not promoted after 4-5 years and salary hike is also very low 1800- 2500 per month but if u are having good tounge to please HR head then he can think of you. (Means all in hands of HR head not related to ur work performance)
