It was a good experience for me to work with those staffs around me, a very good learning and developing skills as well as supporting environment i gone through,as i was younger in age as compared to other colleagues still i was very comfortable with the superior and inferior category people. The head office as well as all the branches i worked it was a very great learning opportunity.All the people of this kokan Mercantile Cooperative Bank Pvt Ltd. is very honest and helpful to their customers as well as the people working in the same. Dislikes

Yes,at the start growth is slow but i feel its quite good because a fresher candidate can understand in deep and then grow faster and perfectly later as well.And sometimes the appreciation from the superior goes low.And as a bank it is, so I feel there is less systematic work done.
