Kohli Media undoubtedly is a great place of working where you will never feel as a fresher or an unexperienced employee. Everyone in the Company whether its top level of management or the colleagues , are every ready to help you with the work without making you feel dumb , which is basically the most amazing thing about the company. Working Culture is very Impressive, People out here are Very supportive and is a great place where you can enhance your knowledge and skills. I personally had a great time being a member of the team and was able to hone my skills while learning a few new ones.

There is nothing I really dislike about the company, But it would have been great if there is some opportunity to work from office.

I was working as a intern in the Company and today is my last day , company really helped me to improve my Skills, confidence, Knowledge and management skills which is great. the owner & the colleagues are corporative with the given task. Overall experience is Good!

Dislikes

Wrok load is less it need to increase so that people can learn to deal with it when they will work as a employee at any company they will not feel pressurised till that time they’ll be trained.

I enjoy working here. Every month we have a virtual party where everyone connects on meet and play games I learnt how the corporate world works while working here. It was a great experience working here.

Sometimes the workload is so much to handle.

Work from home opportunity is given to all the interns and weekly meeting are held. Supportive leaders.

Work structure is not defined and work given to intern is useless hence interns lack motivation to complete the work
