I like the work culture at Kohler as it has evolved according to global standards.

There no salary slabs so they make you work more and pay less. A lot of politics in appraisal and promotion cycle by managers and H.R.

1 - 3rd party payroll, reburisment isn't on time 2 - no promotion 3 - no career 4 - seniors aren't supportive 5 - no future growth 6 - dealers treat you like a slave and managers doesn't support you 7 - incentive isn't on time and it's very less as per you business to the company.
