People at Top i.e. HOD level Doesnt have Enough Knowledge. They Just want to Use there Tongue by Just Saying " Yes Boss". South Indians and other Old Employees can't Tolerate new employees as they have good Exposure compared to Them. You can be Laid of Anytime. HR Sucks Here. There are many HR who doesnt know to write a Mail also, Couldn't Communicate easily, but are just here for Information Transfer from here to There. Polices are Just as Bad as it Gets. No Strategy/Vision in Place. This Company willl not withstand future challenges if it Doesnt Change. I recommend everybody not to Join the Compant they will give u Good Salary but then after entering you would think where the HELL i am. So please you are from Good Background and Knowledge stay Away.

... an access to top most management for any of your either ideas or your problems. I will not tell about finance and salary etc.. as these are never the concern for right candidate at kohler. You just have to be BOLD.

Good work life balance, Abroad short term visits, North America culture, Free food, WFH facility

Dislikes

High resistance for international relocation, Typical Indian mentality managers with dirty Politics in mind, Non-polite HR, High resistance from managers for internal job switches, Biased / favoritism nature of leaders, Salary slabs are not defined well but they pretend, Very hard to achieve personal growth, lack of organizational trainings etc.

1 - 3rd party payroll, reburisment isn't on time 2 - no promotion 3 - no career 4 - seniors aren't supportive 5 - no future growth 6 - dealers treat you like a slave and managers doesn't support you 7 - incentive isn't on time and it's very less as per you business to the company.

Bad Work life balance ( Bus timings are worst) No skill development (Only non technical work assigned to technical person) Very strict HR policies. Rude behaviour of people. Poor appraisals
