Humilation for work, Unnecessary pressure for closure, No support from managers, Total Humiliation by top Priority, No guidance, Blaming junior for everything things, No commitment of words, humilation in Team meetings, When you have a doubt- they don't have any update, harrasment on calls, threatening on call and team meeting for not approving calls for more than months, disrespectful in the market, shouting on calls and threatening

.... Bad employer and promotes commissions and non ethical practices to bag orders. Package is attractive but long term for people who genuinely work is difficult. Its a place for people who sit and do politics and not work on own but claim other's achievements

Dislikes

Bad managers are promoted and no work life balance. They don't care about family and will transfer women employees to different region or ask to leave if not interested. Or would say you can remain without growth

Company wise ,training,salary wise good but no job security. If your are topper last year but this year lot of chances to go out of the company.Till 2016 the company culture was good but now it is terrible.

1 - 3rd party payroll, reburisment isn't on time 2 - no promotion 3 - no career 4 - seniors aren't supportive 5 - no future growth 6 - dealers treat you like a slave and managers doesn't support you 7 - incentive isn't on time and it's very less as per you business to the company.

Bad Work life balance ( Bus timings are worst) No skill development (Only non technical work assigned to technical person) Very strict HR policies. Rude behaviour of people. Poor appraisals
