...ng. They called us to pune and didn´t even provide the reallocation assistance. We had to pay for our own flight tickets and stay. The new office space is like a room, where 25 people are on top of each other. No space to work and they expect us to come to the office 5 days a week.

Salary hikes minimal, there is only one person the CEO likes in the entire team rest of us don't work it seems to her No planning on engineering on how and when to deliver the product. CTO is very bad at planning and a great Micromanagement.

- Both the founders have no clue how to manage expectations : one will come on call and shout on you. other will get you blamed for his failures. it's a 'lala company' where you'll expected to work weekends, new years, even national holidays since they don't know how to manage.
