Work life is good. Work environment is also good. The company is giving very good salary to it's staffs. career growth is good. The teammates are very cooperative in all circumstance. During the official travel the company bears the entire expenditure. of the staff. Every year the company arrange a family get-togethers in the five star hotels. In every once in 3 years the company arrange long tour picnic ie. Like Ooty, Kodaikanal, etc. The company gives annual leave with leave travel allowance of 30 days in one year. There is sick leave, casual leave, bonus, increments.

Dislikes

The teammates are very cooperative in the lab department .there is no job security because most of the staff at lab and in warehouse were given compulsory retirement by saying voluntary retirement, The company gives good salary for its staffs. Work environment is good.

Likes

Kodak is a good company(mnc), and all employees are also good, no restrictions and pressure of your boss to work, when you do any mistake your boss is also guide and support you to do better.

Dislikes

I think, it could much better, when you are not discriminated against and you are also given the same rights.

The company is open to innovation and readly adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base.

I like my boss Santosh shitole, he was always supportive and helps me in learning new things.

I worked at Kodak frenchise, where I have to work for 6 days a week which is very painful and the company doesn't have employee benefits.
