Very poor management even salary and ot amount incentive which they have promised it was not provided with the salary as they promised

Incentives which they have promised it has not be given. And the worst quality team I have ever seen. One customer has used abusive language and as per sop I can close thread by giving warning and I have done that and later they have given ZTP to me

I personally got a good exposure of different financial management areas and not sure if anybody in other departments get this.

Work-life balance, not training &development activities, promoter driven culture, no bonus etc

Management is not supportive at all.i do not understand there salary structure,they saying something else and giving something else.each month they were cut some amount but i don't know for what reason.

Nothing . very toxic work culture. They expect everything from you, and they also cut your full day salary for 1 min late login. total torture and human less behavior by QA team as well. they use slangs too. Avoid this company.
