...o change a role without any intimation and does not matter, you are ok or not...Company is good in terms of salary but management is poor so if you have worked with big brand then you can't survive there

support staff was good and also working atmosphere was nice. I stared my career as a TSE in Kochar after that i got a opportunity for promotion and i got promoted as a QA. About the polices i just tell that polices are made by us for us.

... 19 situation and also given lot of mentally tension in between lockdown period. Not provide salary in between lockdown at least company can provide only basis salary for basis daily expenses.

...future. Company culture is not good. There is no personal and work balance here. They cheat employee's compensation.

Nothing . very toxic work culture. They expect everything from you, and they also cut your full day salary for 1 min late login. total torture and human less behavior by QA team as well. they use slangs too. Avoid this company.
