I love the fact that I am part of a team. Such a good experience working in a kochar to know about how to talk with customer. What are thr issue of customer and how to resolve and lots of other thing to know.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is soow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day as I have attend Client Cases in the evening. Manager do not value an individual's unique strengths.

This company is not pay of satisfaction salary he is pay less than 10000 rs and ducted the pf and esi total cash in hand 7200 How can survived for anyone this company is not well he is use of employee time and not pay the geniune money and your duty hours is more than 9 hours but this company is not paid the zeniune salary

...d team leaders. HR does not know anything about the new processes on the floor . Except salary issues HR is good for nothing here . They will tell to report any kind of bully or mis behaviour by the seniors and promise not to disclose your name , but unfortunately it's a trap , they will tell the manager secretly which agent raised the complaint and after that within a week you are forced to resign or terminated with the help of their favourite tool Quality Team. Leave policy is absolutely crap , no matter how many leaves you have in your bucket , getting a leave approved is a challenge. In short to survive in this company you will have to pretend to be happy and friendly with all TLs and managers . If someone is still planning to join this firm, get ready to sell your self respect and precious time .
