...d team leaders. HR does not know anything about the new processes on the floor . Except salary issues HR is good for nothing here . They will tell to report any kind of bully or mis behaviour by the seniors and promise not to disclose your name , but unfortunately it's a trap , they will tell the manager secretly which agent raised the complaint and after that within a week you are forced to resign or terminated with the help of their favourite tool Quality Team. Leave policy is absolutely crap , no matter how many leaves you have in your bucket , getting a leave approved is a challenge. In short to survive in this company you will have to pretend to be happy and friendly with all TLs and managers . If someone is still planning to join this firm, get ready to sell your self respect and precious time .

1. There is no any appraisal. My colleagues are working last 2-3 year in same salary. 2. They can remove you any time without any intimation however you are working good. 3. I am one of the top sells cracker in his organisation. But they left me randomly. 4. And so on…

Work culture is good and friendly. Seniors are cooperative and understanding.

Dislikes

No bonus on any festival, no tissue paper in restrooms, the IT staff is full of creeps and keeps passing double meaning comments on female employees, 2 months notice period before you can leave. HR management is terrible. There's no coordination. Candidates have to appear for test multiple times just because management couldn't coordinate with each other. Hiding information from employees.

Management is not supportive at all.i do not understand there salary structure,they saying something else and giving something else.each month they were cut some amount but i don't know for what reason.
