Annual appraisal is poor both in terms of promotion in your work profile and salary. This case is almost similar for publishing companies like Techbooks. No equal recognition for being in a team in terms of promotions or payroll. No career guidelines or guidance to be hopeful if you stay for long. No meetings to encourage employees and guide them. Tools and technology is lagging in many ways which keeps this organization way behind when compared with their equal and core competitors.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Some more points are need to be noticed about here. 1) Reputation of Key Leaders. 2) Admiration of products/Services. 3) Company culture and values.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes co-worker's non-listing behavior bothers me and sometimes, I have to work 16-18 hours straight in a day. Overall good experience.

It's totally depends on your department and Manager because there is lot of politics and neglected behaviour where I am working. This organisation is best for graphic and science background people. Non technical one do not come here.

They don't pay their global employees properly and have a lot of hidden charges. If you are willing to do work from home or you are a global employee you must have a lot of money to pay before you get your salary. I have paid $240 before I get salary and yet they are coming up with more hidden charges. They fool around a lot of people who work globally
