Over all company is secure for people who wants to stay long time with compromise there salary. And work culture is comfortable unless you expect better pay.

Dislikes

It's totally depends on your department and Manager because there is lot of politics and neglected behaviour where I am working. This organisation is best for graphic and science background people. Non technical one do not come here.

Company manager name Jagdish Parmar and Nitesh sir are not supportive at all. Jagdish sir is her for dream11 gave only. He is not supportive at all. Only ulnasnagar chocolate on his bitrthday.

One of the few positive aspects of my job exerience at Cenveo has been my teammates, Few seniors and few juniors. They care as well as support in all the way possible.

Dislikes

The list could get very long. However, better keep it brief. 1) Unwillingness of management to give decent salary. They try to hire people with lowest salary possible and expect them to give top notch performance. 2) Managers are never willing to accept the resource issue. They just play with numbers on spreadsheets and claim we have more than enough resources. 3) Arrogance of upper management. Managers often tell associates to quit and claim it doesn't make any differene to them. One of the senior manager often say "The door is open. You may quit." Those below him often imitate him. 4) Terrible work-life balance. People are often made to work for 10-12 hours and they pay mere Rs. 50 per hour for over-time and that too not regularly. I have spent 10-12 hours regularly in office to meet deadlines and streamline new projects. Not a single rupee was paid. Again, if anyone refuse to work extra hours, manger ask that person to quit. 5) Measerly appraisal. Every year they come up with same reason. Low budget for appraisal, lose of project or falling volumes. With annual increment of 500, 1500 or 1700, they want people to deliver quality work.

Compensation is decent , but growth is poor (almost dead) Sometime i have work 10 - 12 hours in a day for completing client live project even continuously work till tomorrow morning but managers not have individuals value what i have done for company and they did not noticed in time of appraisals. we have do the job from project downloading to uploading to client. and also provide training to new staff. but senior take all credit front of managers. which is pain all time.
