Compensation is decent , but growth is poor (almost dead) Sometime i have work 10 - 12 hours in a day for completing client live project even continuously work till tomorrow morning but managers not have individuals value what i have done for company and they did not noticed in time of appraisals. we have do the job from project downloading to uploading to client. and also provide training to new staff. but senior take all credit front of managers. which is pain all time.

1. Basic introduction to academic publishing 2. Opportunities to take initiative (if you push for it) This company is a stepping stone for freshers to enter the industry but for long term should not be considered as a reliable option

Diverse Client Base, collaborating with publishers, allows employees to gain valuable exposure. provide an opportunity to hone editorial skills, improve quality control expertise

Limited Career Advancement, tight deadlines and high workloads, which leads to stress, Repetitive Tasks, Salary Concerns- no internal promotion

Managers are helpful in all departments. Pay benefits are there for you if your are one of the best in the team based on your quarterly performance and manager's recommendation.

Dislikes

Annual appraisal is poor both in terms of promotion in your work profile and salary. This case is almost similar for publishing companies like Techbooks. No equal recognition for being in a team in terms of promotions or payroll. No career guidelines or guidance to be hopeful if you stay for long. No meetings to encourage employees and guide them. Tools and technology is lagging in many ways which keeps this organization way behind when compared with their equal and core competitors.

Over all company is secure for people who wants to stay long time with compromise there salary. And work culture is comfortable unless you expect better pay.

Dislikes

It's totally depends on your department and Manager because there is lot of politics and neglected behaviour where I am working. This organisation is best for graphic and science background people. Non technical one do not come here.
