Nothing, the management has been quite unfair towards its employees.

... does not listen to the employees. Work culture has deteriorated in last 1 year. They have forcefully put people on PIP, right before annual bonus, and have taken unjust steps to ask employees to leave.

Their is nothing much to like, only learning part is good here as it gives the platform to start your career in valuation.

Company policies are completely against the employee. Their another source of income is employees salary. They change their policies according to their needs, they never consider employees situation. Work life balance is worst you are expected to work more than 12 hours, else they will put you on pip, and ask you leave the organization. If you argue with manager he will put on pip, they will never listen about your side. Too much micromanagement.

Good place to learn depending on the team as ample diversified projects however some managers will not teach so depends on team

People need to be able to stroke ego of senior management and have 0 self respect to work in this Company, majority of the Management are terrible with micro management even if you are away from the desk for going to bathroom and needing to inform about every single step. The mistake are yours and the credit are your managers with majority of managers trying their best to reduce workload and offload to juniors. No work life balance no appreciation be prepared to have demeaning treatment well depends on Managers but majority are same. Partiality of managers in teams towards certain people so brush up your licking....if you know what i mean

A pathetic company to work, never join the company. Management, HR everything is so bad, not a single person is normal here.

Pathetic work culture , Management is inhumane, treat employees as robots and force them to work all day

The skill development and learning sessions are quite good.

Work life balance is killed at its core. Micromanagement at its heights. The HR won't help you at all, even after seeing the reality of the Senior Managers. And, tbh, that's pathetic. They have an app called "Desktime" installed on the PCs to track your time. You've to mandatorily login for 9:30 hrs (excluding breaks) out of which 8:30 hrs should be your Desktime. This is only of the things I'm mentioning over here!! There are other such practices, which the Senior Managers themselves dont follow and expects their juniors to follow. The HR head over there promotes such practices. Won't recommend anyone to join this company, if you love your health, both physical and mental. Glad I exited at the right time.
