If you can bootlick your manager and can do politics then it is a good company for you. If you don’t have any life outside work then it is a good fit for you. If you don’t want credit for your work then it is good company coz leads will eat all your credit.

Dislikes

Nothing is good here, neither work environment, they just want to take away your mental peace , they will hire freshers at higher package then 3 years experienced, not one person but multiple. Those who can bootlick and can work for 10-12 hours are good employees for them. No work life balance. They expect you to work till 10 pm. Leads k to pucho hi mat, if they can’t achieve deadlines then they will put on juniors and ruin their image. They are sitting at good package with not satisfactory knowledge. And talking about appraisal , they don’t know woh kya hota hai, they kept me in deleama that will give you appraisal for 9 months and at the end they said we can’t give you. They didn’t give me annual bonus which was written in my offer letter. They will keep taunting you. If this is the last company in the world, I will prefer to be unemployed. They had laid off people as per their need . I have seen this three times in my period. This is not only with me but many of my colleagues. If you take sick leave then they will always think that you are making excuses, you are not a good performer.
