They are not supporting regarding our salaries , if our client refuses to pay our salary they also say no to us interns of salary, Even they are not providing job security , worst experience with knight frank
...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good ,appraisal are fir and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
Site employees are never considered as staff even when they operate from Knight Frank office.Area Heads put undue work pressure in the name of the CEO.
If you are working on Knightfrank’s payroll then
1. On time salary
2. Allowances travel, rent etc. ( if all negotiated on mail before joining.)
3. No much workload
1. Less increments
2. You will get annual bonuses only if company is getting more from client than they are paying to you
3. No Saturday/ alternate Saturday off. Required to site team due to hectic travelling as sites are at remote locations.
4. Office team will not involve site team in any activity like team outings, office party etc.
