Uncoordinated management, don't have proper set of training strategy. Random work given, as there is no defined task. No accountability for error/mistakes, everyone blames each other. No respect for CS team, these people are used like daily wage labour.

I had the pleasure of working with Knight FinTech back in 2018, and I still continue to work with them, and I can't help but express my gratitude for the incredible experience. Both the founders are truly amazing and have been supportive through out. In 2019, I took a leap to pursue my passion outside of the organisation, and to my surprise, they were nothing but understanding and supportive of my decision. Not only did they encourage me to follow my dreams, but they also offered to assist me in any way they could. Fast forward to October 2022, after giving my passion a try, I decided to return back to Knight FinTech. To my delight, they welcomed me back with open arms, and it felt like home coming. The company's culture which I admired at my first stint, remains intact, and it has been 10 incredible months since I joined. I am really grateful to Knight FinTech's mentors and Founders for their continuous support and encouragement. They truly care about their employees and go above and beyond to create a nurturing and inspiring work environment. The sense of belonging I feel here is unparalleled, and I can confidently say that it is not just a workplace, it's a community that fosters personal growth and professional success. If you are looking for a company that values its employees, supports their passion, and maintains a fantastic work culture, I wholeheartedly recommend Knight FinTech. very good company for treasury/Lending domain knowledge , technical stack is little outdated , little unorganized but things are improving

HR is very poor mentality specially newly joined , They are kind of controlling every process which they should not and more biased towards people who play secret games with them .
