Salary packages and appraisal are completely based on experience person is carrying in his particular field. Instead it also should be based on productivity the person is providing to the company (Especially for the people who are working for long time with company)

I like the culture in KMV Spaces. It is always a great learning platform for all levels. Management encourages our employees to experiment and implement new ideas. It is a good platform for employees who want their ideas in action.

Nothing as such. Every company has dislikes. We have a few improvement areas where management is always working on it.
