This’s good track to freshers civil engineers but not to Mba’ accountants and finance the job growth rate is too poor in this company,,internal political issues effects on employees most of new joiners and I seen a bit of communal feelings in this organisation

Job Security, Timely Salary, Good Corporate Office

Dislikes

No Work life Balance, Stringent Timings(absent even if you are late by 1 sec after 9.30am). No skill development, No training. Worst promotion rules.No transportation facility.

Free hand to do work over the project, management is good , immediate action in any problem , Salary on time etc

Dislikes

Accommodation and Fooding also behave with non Telgu people not good as compared to telgu people.

...eed to discuss with them & has implemented many new things for staff welfare. 5.Salary Will be credited to all staff at the fixed time monthly even it is a public holiday.

1.Efforts are going unnoticed of the staff even the work done of another person. 2.Fake promises by department management to staff just for finish their work. 3.Giving direct threat regarding the appraisal to the staff.

Likes

HR policies and welfare of employees is good, Timely salary, Good corporate culture and work environment. Organization Management is very good and having excellent vision towards future.

Dislikes

Only problem is values only 1st tier management (GM and above ) and there is no value for opinion or input of others at all. There is no specific roles n responsibilities as regardless of your job, you have to do whatever your incharge says whether it is your job or not.
