New generation entered a business, they dont know how to treat employees and how to retain employees. totally Employee management is very week.

Nothing being supported during covid [lockdown]. No job security; reason as you dont know how and by what reason you will be moved out. [Relatives] people with no experience will be above you at mid level and they will be creating their own credit on your work. No appreciation for the work you do and your incentives will not be paid till you leave the company, no increments and no promotions. Incentives will not be paid for your work.

Dislikes

There is no recognition for hard work and loyalty. In this organization next to the management level will be filled by their relatives and not the people with experience in relavant field and not by team managers. Your work will be caleculated in terms of money[incentives] and not paid in time. You will not have your job security and will not be knowing how and when you will be removed from your post

Uncertain Future.. Hire and fire system.. Culture less organization.. Caste based growth and employment retention.. Use and throw organisation.. They don't value your skill and accomplishments.. They do hire for short term requirements and once requirements are over they would fire you with out any reason.
