Nothing, they never understand the basic needs of human being, they only give first month salary after they said to us to relive for some blaw blaw mokka reasons, and all ex employees are waiting for remaining months salary, if the god is here, god knows what this peoples needs in future, don't make people's hates you,we all need money to survive, if we worked for months, and not yet get the money for working, really depressed, am writing this review with full of depressed mind,

Late salary (am still waiting for my salary from 2 and half month)

There is absolutely no learning to be done here. Only thing you learn is, how can one exploit an employee, efficiently.

Dislikes

...6 full day work week. You document your work more than doing the job, for proof. Late pay every month. If you have an EMI or commitments, please do not come here. If you are already rich or have rich spouse/parents, this job is alright. Management over-quotes their services, so the potential clients run away. They do pay cuts and also shout at you. You cant even step out for a smoke break.

Almost everything except learning skills no proper salary pay, worst work environment, worst leadership, improper GLP activities, inadequate stock and usage chemicals for HPLC and UV testing for product development and validation
