1- There was no problem related to work as you get work pressure in every company, but the most worst part was the when you had to work 12 hrs a day and still had to hear everyday about your work completion and they even called me on sunday for work. 2- There was no holiday even on festival day (except for 15th aug, but that day also they were forcing me to come to office to work but i didnt go) and no bonus on Diwali and also no holiday, not even on ganpati festival. 3- There isnt any good thing i can say about the company except for the location as travelling wasnt a pain for me, cant say the same if you are not living in navi Mumbai

1- Employees there were as it is in every other company (few good people and some only taught about themselves... You know how it goes) 2- They told us to learn multiple thing but on our own, they didnt give any training 3- No job security as i have seen more than 70% of my senior employees leaving the company without even giving notice period 4- career growth is something which is dependent on you , no matter in which environment you work 5- There was appraisal every 6 months ( but here also they showed partiality, compared to a person who didnt have much work they got 33% increment whereas for me it was 10%) 6- No travel allowance 7- there was no politics among the employee, but politice was done by higher ups where they will 8- You have yo learn on your own (well ofcourse), in starting i got many chance to learn and grow but after few months it was neutral(i didn't get a chance to learn anything new) 9- good work environment , i.e. if you have a friend, but they dont allow people to go out together for break, if they see someone talking they wont allow even that 10- My work life balance was messed up, as i used to work for more than 11 hours i did not get time to spend with my friends and family, even on sundays i used to go to office so i didnt get time to roam somewhere (just 1 suggestion, never work extra, even if they pay you for overtime as it affects you physically as well as mentallly), and did i say I didn't get even a single penny for my overtime and i almost forgot to tell that when i got sick, they cut my salary (well that is to be expected) but once i did not come on saturday , instead i went on sunday , they cut my saturday salary and didnt even pay me for sunday work 11- They made me work for more than 10 hours a day, typically my office timing was around 11am, and leave @ around 10:30 pm (sometimes 10, 11 or 11:30), I had to come on sundays and the worst part about it was that they didn't even pay me a single penny for my overtime work
