Good experience in my life, and good management and company policies also to good and also culture, guidelines and job secure. There are conducting some activities like culture day and sports day. They give good salary also.

Salary is less for our work. And yearly increment to less. And it's shift duty , night shift and havey work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...Management- money minded and always think about milking money from their staffs. Also, less salary for their staffs. Company policies- policies are made at higher level without taking the opinion of the root level workers. Teaching staffs r made stagnant in kmc hospital and not allowed to explore other opportunities.

It's for freshers. After that salary remains constant. No outside practice. Kindly Dont join if you have better options. Keep this as the last option

No growth. After 4 years of working in MANIPAL, my salary was the same as initial few months. Couldn't take that anymore. Management is terrible.
