Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

no payout since lockdown. no hr policies, they hire people for just 2-3 months get there work done and then they fire. Strictly no to this company. NCLT should ban this company.

Like is only for colleagues. All are good in supporting except 1 or 2.

Dislikes

Poorest LALA Company. Strict Office Time: 9 AM to 6 PM (In actual you have to stay in office till 8 PM) No annual appraisal. No work culture.
