There is lot of politics & union (Local) workers problem also. Salary is not good as per industry standards & career growth is also slow.

there is no job security the retired persons only getting continued and new joiners wont get opportunity to show there talent and performance. old staff is non cooperative and they dont share any work with new joiner and they are getting kicked out stating reason that they dont have calibure.

KLT is such an organization where a person can think of building good future. Also the management approach toward employee is like family member. There are lots of thing to learn and improve urself . Financial growth are much better than other organizations. Employees have liberty to work as per their own vision. Employees get more than market value.

Dislikes

May be some areas need to be focused and improve but it is due to personal views of mid management and not senior management. Every individuals should go ahead by analyzing their own roles and responsibilities other wise rest of things are appreciable.

There one of the plant is already shutdown in pithampur (MPS AUTOMOTIVE). I was land owner they never pays rent after April 2019 till December 2021. Vendors are not allowed to take appointments and there total due in indore market is around 13 cr
