Kloudone really supporting a lot to the employees they give work from home and always have a group meetings where they motivate a lot

Nothing dislike about kloudone , here every employe are helping nature and always motivated to the Juniors

Remote working is the only benefit. But manager will call u 24/7.

Dislikes

No proper recruitment plan and budget. Just like that they hire and fire the employees. During performance appraisal time, they start laying off. Worst recruitment process. No proper policy, no national holidays, no proper Onboarding, no payslips. HR manager will never pick your call nor responds to mail. Don't choose KloudOne ever. Worst management without any proper planning.

There is no job security to employees. You should work Mon-sat. They will lay off employees unnecessary,if u ask any appraisal then definitely u will be lay off.HR's won't pick ur call.
