Absolutely nothing. This company is a huge scam running under the name of MNC.

They asked working candidates to abscond and fired them within months No pay for almost 3 months, they are openly defaming reliance for it They ask employees to join at client location so if they fired no employee would take an action

...re is layoffs no intimation/warnings is given to the employees before layoffs. 2) No on-time salary. 3) PF is not deposited in accounts but deducted from salary. There are some employees who's pf is not deposited from 3-4 years. 4) No projects. simply do not join.

Opportunity to work onsite. Client within India.

Dislikes

If there is project management will hire new resources without planning. Which will impact the existing resources in form of delay in giving monthly salary, company share of PF will not get deposited in account and many more financial issues.

There is nothing good about the KloudData Labs. Do not join this company at any cost. You will always struggle with almost everything about the company.

Very bad management and dirty policies. Policies are just for the name, once company observe that policy is fair or benefiting employees that would be changed. You can't even ask for your right in this company. Please do not join this company in any circumstance.

No good culture and nothing to learn. Till the time I worked there I felt like Im working in a factory as low grade labour. No appraisal and no EPF has been submitted by employer in 2 years can you believe that. Its stealing money from right your pocket.
