Working in this company for freshers gives a good experience by which we can learn many new things.If we have any douts regarding work can be cleared by other colleagues hence work can be learnt easily.Team work is good.Guidance is good.

Dislikes no job security suddenly they laid off all 72 recruiters who they hired before11 month allmost they didn't offered anyother opportunity to us nothing very poor

Everything is worst and they won't give you salaries on time they deduct lots of salary, suppose ur salary is 40k they will deduct 15k without knowing you and there's no incentive they will say but zero,

...its are poor, The management will play a drama about loyality when you resigned. The manager won't give a chance to talk about hikes and pay.
