No proper HR policies, No proper salary hikes, No performance incentives for sales people. Need to work overtime without overtime Pay.

Likes

People are friendly. Directors/Managers will guide well when it comes to sales/ operations/ customer support/ Finance that's it. If you want to learn about sales, hardware and finance this company is good for growth. Apart from that don't even enter the elevator.

Dislikes

1. HR has no power 2. If you want to survive in this company you need to have support of MD and Director of operation that's it, assigned manager nor HR has no power, even if you don't work or take a nap in seat and have support from MD. No one can remove you from company 3. Growth wise for api, engineering, and other services is zero 4. You will be subjected to unnecessary task other than your own, 80% employee don't have a KPI 5. The company is fine for Freshers, but experienced professional don't get into this company 6. During my tenure in this company about 34 employees joined and left, there is no stable people there. Fun fact, many abscond within weeks, I remember, one guy joined morning abcond after lunch. 7. There are four types of people work in this company - Freshers (includes 2 yrs experience) - transition people (will leave within 1-2months) - career gap (ladies after care talking) - updateless seniors (50+ uncle's can't survive industry)

Company culture Work timing They have a very old mindset of boss and labour which does not suit todays work model Even parking your vehicle will have this boss labour differentiation. Very bad work culture where people are treated like machines and they expect to work 10 hours.ŵ

That company says it was 1 year guarantee job but after the project finish then. He remove all my colleague and me. Don't trust this type of company
