Dislikes

I have been working in company since 2009 and it is a good company to work with strong management team,work culture here is so good. Compnay's HR policy is also good. Overall it is a good company to work.

We did'nt get any incremant in this organisation from last two years also there are no job security,unneccesery presurrised to employee and working atmosphere is not good.In future i wil never wants to go in this types of cheap organisation they are not a good persons also they have imposed unnecessery liability of emplyer contribution in ESi on me therefor i have recd approx rs 6000/- short against my bonus amount

Its a worst experience,I ll Nt suggest any one to go there.. I worked in 3 companies before this..But this one is like ..Ladies ki koi izzat nahi..Person don’t respect ladies..it’s my personnel experience.

Worst worst if anyone wants to spoil his/her carrier can go there..Attitude bahut hai ..ladies don’t go there u r nt safe.Anytime without any intimation they can say leave the job.when they ll offer job its like are waah bahut acha hai.if u r from other state and inform them for holidays they will say yes you go.when u return back and join again then they ll say company apke hisab se nai chalti.leave the job..Don’t know how to respect ladies.The person llshout like monster

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
