It’s still a One Man decision making company & attrition of Senior Stakeholders is extremely high…that brings problems with stability and decision making. CFO, CEOs & CHRO haven’t been stable & have moved out quickly not saying more than 1-2 years, which is not a good sign for a growing organisation!
