Upper management does not know how to manage work. Very poor sales. There are few people in the organisation who has sat and doing nothing. No loyalty from organisation. Very much micro management.

I have been working for this company for a while now, The company culture is supportive & fosters growth for its employees. The team values the opinion and the idea of its staff, leading to a positive and innovative work environment. Overall, it's a great place to work.

In my career starting phase, I need a company with an open culture, environment. Happy to be part of the KiwiQA team. I've worked at many places on the client side but the atmosphere I received at KiwiQA, I found nowhere else.
