Upper management does not know how to manage work. Very poor sales. There are few people in the organisation who has sat and doing nothing. No loyalty from organisation. Very much micro management.

One of the best company for QA, This is not a company this is a family. Very freedom and supportive environment and many benefits are available for growing future skills. Also, many benefits are available like: Working from home, Friendly environments, 5 days working, Gaming activities and tournaments, Gifts and appreciation and many more. CEO and COO are very interactive with all employees. Also, many international courses and skill improvement exam fees are provided by KiwiQa. KiwiQa is always thinking about all employee's situations. And many opportunities are available as per the dedicated work. In short, a real diamond is identified by a real jeweler.
