Very good cultured company, great cooperation of managers, great timing of staff salary, company HR department is truly transparent for all staff, company give good salary hike and bonus in every year.

Dislikes

Such i have no reason to dislike working at Kesshorilal Shyamsunder pvt ltd. But if I get great opportunity than Kesshorilal Shyamsunder pvt ltd than i think to shift.

Corporate Work Cultue , Salary on time. Leaves, bonus all facility are there. Few merchandiser teams are very good in the company they support their junior very well. HR is bold and clear about all aspect.

Few employees are trying to take high salary but not perform, but job guaranteed like safe. fews are very polish to IN front of management beside the seen very negative feeling in the heart. as fresher i am learning very well in the team last above 2 years. Good increment system based on performance.

Showing corporate culture but "gaddi" culture indeed. Frequent change in decisions at or by the higher management. Lots of unjustified rules abd regulations. Employees can not use elevators, have to make up-down by stair case only from gr floor to 4th floor. Can't carry own bag at tge work station, need to keep them in the locker out side of the main entrance of the office along with shoes. Long time waiting out side of boss's cabin for meeting called by boss.

...cides everything. You can not use your phone, you can not have tea after 11am. They make you seat till 8 but still no compensation, no acknowledgment CMD's behaviour is very very bad, very negetive attitude towards employees. So think property before joining.
