My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. In offer letter it is hybrid but u ll be asked to report daily. Lot of adhoc activities and task will be given. no clear picture of ur KRA, u ll be a multitasking staff.
