Flat organization Structure is the major plus point here you can get the advantage of minimum hurdles achieving your targets,On time Salary Disbursement, appreciation for innovative ideas, zero percent tolerance for inside politics.

Everyone makes mistakes while addressing staff there should be smile on face & politness in words

Feel exploited at every step or move either being try to work with all your best efforts to achieve the unrealistic targets or being driven as per the directions of the directors to achieve none .there is no work culture ,no hirarchy at any levels and above all there is no vision and personal development to align with the company policy.
